Fra og med august 2018 bruker iHerb uavhengige tredjepartslaboratorier som ABC Testing, Eurofins og Alkemist for å teste produktet. Bruk av et uavhengig tredjepartslaboratorium garanterer at resultatene er objektive og upartiske.
iTested bekrefter at informasjonen som er oppgitt på et produkts kosttilskudd-faktapanel og/eller næringsinnhold-faktapanel er korrekt. Produktene testes også for å bekrefte Clean Label-standarder, som for eksempel mikrobiell analyse og tungmetallanalyse.

Produktene vil bli testet hver 6. måned.
